The Haunted Hour
Where It’s Always Midnight
There are stories people write. And there are stories people tell. The Haunted Hour exists somewhere in between.
This is a collection of short fiction drawn from quiet roads, deep water, empty rooms, and places that don’t quite belong to the present. Some feel familiar. Others feel impossible. All are told with the same understanding: once a story is heard, it doesn’t leave the same way it came.
Each piece is presented as part of the Hour. A moment set apart from everything else. No clear beginning. No real ending. Just a stretch of time where things are allowed to be… different.
Some of these stories may feel real. Some may not. That’s not the point. The point is the feeling they leave behind.
Welcome to The Haunted Hour.
Stay as long as you like.
All stories featured in The Haunted Hour are original pieces by L. Chambers Wright.
